Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or licensure eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities for EI planning.
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Advocate for clients and connect families with community resources.
