Job summary

POSITIVE OUTCOMES INC in Illinois seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide assessments and treatments for Early Intervention aged children. This 1099 contract role offers flexible hours and a pay range of $62–$66 per hour, with guaranteed pay every two weeks.

Independent providers choose their schedule, handle backend support, and work in a home-based setting, focusing on high-quality care for young children and families.

Qualifications

• Certified in the State of Illinois for Occupational Therapy.
• EI credentialing; if not, we can help you get credentialed at no extra cost.
• Access to transportation; and a valid license.
• You have an excellent attitude.
• You are detail oriented & organized.
• Home based therapy for children aged 0-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and treatments to Early Intervention aged children.
• Maintain flexible, self-directed work schedule.
• Coordinate with Positive Outcomes backend for notes, billing and patient access.
