Job summary

Hamaspik of Kings County is seeking per diem NYS Licensed Physical Therapists to provide therapeutic services in home settings for our Early Intervention program serving all five NYC boroughs, with highest concentration in Brooklyn.

Join a team-centered, multi-disciplinary approach and enjoy flexible hours, ongoing EI coordinator support, and diverse caseload. You will document sessions, communicate with families, and help children reach developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Experience providing therapy to children in Early Intervention.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in home-based settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• DOH fingerprinting clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy to children.
• Develop family-centered treatment goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions.
• Educate families about the therapeutic process.
