Job summary

Hamaspik of Kings County Inc. is currently seeking per diem NYS Licensed Physical Therapists to provide therapeutic home and center-based services for our Early Intervention program serving all 5 NYC boroughs.

We value a team-centered, multi-disciplinary therapeutic approach with flexible per diem scheduling and strong clinical support to help children with developmental delays achieve maximum progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children who have disabilities in Early Intervention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 with children diagnosed with developmental delays
• Creating family centered treatment goals to facilitate carryover and maximum progress.
• Monitoring & assessing intervention effectiveness utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation of therapy sessions and caregiver communication.
• Educating families and caregivers about the therapeutic process.
