Job summary

Abound Health is hiring compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Lebanon County, PA. As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Full-time and part-time hours are available. Compensation includes $17.00-$25.00 per hour and a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates, with weekly pay and benefits

Qualifications

• Caregiving mindset and patience to support individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and screenings.
• Flexibility with varied schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and respite care
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Assist with personal care needs as required
• Work independently in home and community settings
