Abound Health in Lebanon County, PA is seeking compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in clients' homes and community settings.

This position offers flexible hours, including full-time and part-time roles, with a $1,000 signing bonus and competitive pay of $17.00-$25.00 per hour. Training is provided, weekly pay, and background checks are required to ensure client safety.

Formación

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• 18 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background checks.
• Ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
