Job summary

Abound Health is hiring compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with I/DD across the Lehigh Valley region. Roles are available full-time and part-time, with a $17.00–$25.00 per hour pay range and a $1,000 signing bonus.

As a DSP, youll provide one-on-one support in clientss homes and communities, helping them live safely and independently. We value reliability, compassion, and the ability to work autonomously in varied home environments.

Qualifications

• Background checks required.
• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
