Job summary

Abound Health is seeking Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in the Lehigh Valley area to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves providing one-on-one support in clients’ homes, helping them live safely and independently.

With both full-time and part-time options available, we value compassionate and reliable candidates. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered, in addition to competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skills development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.

Skills

Ability to work independently

Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD

Comfortable supporting varying personal-care needs

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
