Abound Health is seeking Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with I/DD in Centre Hall, PA. Compensation includes a $1,000 signing bonus and $17–$25 per hour with full-time and part-time hours available.

Responsibilities include working in clients' homes and communities, following care plans, and documenting progress. The role emphasizes independence, compassion, and reliability, with access to benefits based on hours worked.
