Job summary

Abound Health is hiring compassionate Home Based Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with IDD in Julian, PA. This role offers full-time and part-time hours, focusing on in-home and community-based support. As a DSP you will help clients live safely and with dignity, document progress, and follow treatment plans.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid onboarding, and competitive wages based on hours

Qualifications

• Support individuals with IDD in clients' homes and communities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Flexible, compassionate caregiving mindset and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in home and community settings.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Document progress and follow treatment plans.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
