You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to assist with personal care needs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on caregiving and daily living support.
• Assist with ADLs, meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
