As a community-driven non-profit organization, we provide compassionate, holistic care, with a focus on creating equitable access to services that promote mental wellness and resilience. We believe in the power of human connection and strive to provide support that empowers individuals to thrive.

We are seeking a dedicated Home-Based Clinician who shares our passion for helping others and wants to be part of an organization that prioritizes social justice, mental health advocacy, and community-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients from diverse backgrounds.

Job Overview:
As a Home-Based Clinician, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and families in the comfort of their own homes. You will deliver therapy to clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-office care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to help them develop coping strategies, build resilience, and manage mental health challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster strong, empathetic, and professional relationships with clients, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for them to share their challenges and successes.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A license eligible or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar mental health credentials.
  • Team members invested in providing mental health services to diverse populations, including individuals who may be marginalized or underserved.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting, with strong time-management skills.
  • A commitment to the values of social justice, equity, and inclusion.
  • A passion for supporting others and making a positive, tangible impact on their lives.
  • Experience in crisis intervention or working with clients who have experienced trauma is a plus.
  • Proficiency with digital tools for documentation and communication.

Why Work with Us:

  • Mission-Driven Work: Join an organization with a deep commitment to improving mental health in underserved communities and making a meaningful impact.
  • Professional Growth: Access to ongoing training, supervision, and development opportunities to help you grow both personally and professionally.
  • Supportive Team: Work alongside a passionate, compassionate, and experienced team of clinicians who are dedicated to your success and the success of the individuals we serve.
