Job summary

AO Globe Life is expanding our remote team, offering a 100% remote, independent contractor role. You will engage clients via Zoom, build relationships, and guide enrollment and licensing steps with strong mentorship and ongoing training.

Compensation is commission-based, with equity opportunities for eligible team members and monthly/quarterly bonuses. This position welcomes graduates in business, marketing, or communications, and supports licensing guidance, with no hourly cap and flexible

Qualifications

• Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required.
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
