Job summary

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a Pilot in Command for a Challenger 300 aircraft based in Las Vegas, NV, with home-based options within 90 minutes of a major airport. The PIC will fly ~300 hours/year under EJM's P135 certificate, supported by contract pilots and a dedicated Maintenance Technician.

Requirements include 3500+ total flight hours, 2000 hours PIC, MEL 1500, CL-300 type rating preferred, and strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in P135 corporate/business aviation.
• FAA Type rating in CL-300 series (strongly preferred).
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Total flight time: 3500 hours; PIC: 2000 hours; MEL: 1500 hours; Instrument: 300 hours; Jet: 500 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight and compliance with SOPs.
• Completes flight planning, performance and weight/balance for each assignment.
• Leads briefings using Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology and mitigates risks.
• Delivers an exceptional service experience to owners and passengers.
