Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in a home-based setting, delivering 1-1 specialized treatment under BCBA supervision. You will contribute to evidence-based plans for children on the autism spectrum and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with children or adults with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable personal transportation to assigned work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions and keep pace with children aged 2–15.
• Accomplish any additional tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
