Job summary

Step It Up ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA treatment plans for children with ASD, working with RBTs and families. You’ll collaborate with our Clinical Director to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Georgia ABA license required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and collaborate with RBTs to implement treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
