Job summary

AppliedABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Tennessee team for in-person cases only. The role focuses on direct clinical work with children with autism, collaborating with families and treatment teams to deliver evidence-based ABA services.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's in ABA, BCBA certification, and Tennessee LBA licensure, along with supervision training and experience supervising RBTs/BCaBAs. Per diem hourly schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
• Current Tennessee Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
• Must have 8-hour supervision training and supervise RBTs/BCaBAs.
• Experience with children with autism across ages and support needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments with timely reports and plans.
• Develop, implement and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide in-person clinical services and monitor progress via data.
• Train parents, caregivers, and staff on treatment plan implementation.
• Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs when applicable; ensure HIPAA and BACB compliance.
• Maintain session notes, progress reports and clinical documentation in portal.
• Communicate effectively with families, schools and treatment team.
