Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED, 18 years or older.
• Documentation of home ownership or lease.
• Proof of homeowner's renter insurance or personal property insurance.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and related screenings.

Responsibilities

• Understand the individual in the context of their history, networks, and goals.
• Support daily living activities, meals, rest, self-care, and recreation with privacy and dignity.
• Assist with food preparation and home cleaning.
• Honor the person’s choices, preferences and culture.
• Provide opportunities for social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Assist with transportation and scheduling of medical, therapy, vocational and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe home environment and implement plans addressing needs.
