Job summary

Northeast Arc in Danvers, Massachusetts is looking for new and experienced Behavior Therapists to work in home-based Behavior Analysis programs. The role is available full-time or part-time, with a pay range of $23-26/hour based on experience and education.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. Key responsibilities include providing support to individuals aged 0-3, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring client well-being. Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver’s license and own personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based support to individuals 0 months to 3 years old.
• Teach goals and skills outlined in treatment plans.
• Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings.
• Complete required session notes and data.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field

Registered Behavior Certification may substitute education requirement
