Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking Behavior Therapists to provide home-based support as part of our ABA services in Billerica, MA. Full-time and part-time positions available, offering competitive pay of $23-26/hr based on experience. Qualified candidates may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $2000.

The ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and strong communication skills, providing a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ongoing training and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs required.
• Reliable with a high degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based support to individuals aged 0 to 3 years.
• Teach goals and strategies as outlined in treatment plans.
• Complete required session notes and client documentation.
