Job summary

Northeast Arc in Massachusetts is seeking Behavior Therapists to support children and teens in ABA programs across homes, communities, or centers. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote skill acquisition.

Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and per diem options; ongoing training including RBT certification; competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, or related field required.
• Registered Behavior Certification may substitute the education requirement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide home, community, or clinic-based support to individuals aged 15 months to 20 years.
• Teach goals and skills in treatment plans and implement behavior strategies.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and supervision; complete session notes and data.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to support progress.
