Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking Behavior Therapists to support individuals in ABA programs across Eastern Massachusetts, ages 15 months to 22 years. Roles are available in home, community, or center settings, with full-time or part-time options and onsite work.

You will assist in implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, attend meetings and trainings, and complete data and notes while ensuring client health and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field.
• Registered Behavior Certification may substitute education requirement.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide home, community, clinic based support to individuals 15 months to 20 years old.
• Teach goals and skills outlined in treatment plans and implement behavior strategies.
• Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and supervisions.
• Complete required session notes and data and any non-clinical paperwork.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients.
