Job summary

SC Housing’s Development Division administers a diverse portfolio of community development programs across the state. The HOME-ARP program requires a dynamic coordinator to assist with grants, compliance, and recipient support.

You will help develop policies, provide technical assistance, and ensure projects meet deadlines. Strong Excel skills, communication abilities, and 3+ years in federal housing program administration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3+ years of full-time experience in federal grants, housing programs, or related field.
• Equivalency can substitute education for experience per policy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong data management.

Responsibilities

• Administer HOME-ARP grant programs and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Provide technical assistance to award recipients and develop program materials.
• Track expenditures, budgets, work plans, and deadlines; report progress to management.
