Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist focused on Home Appliance product quality analysis.

This onsite role requires the ability to perform root-cause analysis, deep-dive investigations, and cross-team coordination to improve service quality. Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in engineering or related fields, 0–2 years analytics experience, and excellent communication skills in English; Korean bilingual applicants are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math or business-related field required.
• 0-2 years of analytics-focused experience.
• Korean bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly analysis for product quality sensing by model, product, and symptoms.
• Monitor new model quality performance and compare with benchmark trends.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to related teams.
• Conduct new product evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement in product and service quality.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions with HQ and factories.
