Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst to coordinate and analyze Home Appliance product categories, test issues, and identify root causes with internal teams, HQ and factories.

You will monitor KPIs and review VOC escalations across the organization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering/CS/math/business and 0–2 years of analytics experience; a strong MS Office skillset and excellent communication are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/CS/math/business.
• 0–2 years analytics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate and test Home Appliance product categories; identify root causes with internal teams.
• Perform KPI analysis and monitoring.
