Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Korean Bilingual Product Specialist (Home Electronics) to serve as the product expert across development and service domains.

You will analyze STG content, coordinate with the PI Team, review manuals, and contribute to go-to-market plans while supporting engineering and customer care.

This role requires a bachelor's in engineering and 2–4 years in home appliance fields, with a salary around $40–$42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Dacor, determine models missing from STG, check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.
• Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG, prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion.
• Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch.
• Develop and review technical reports, documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.
