Position Details

Home and Community Based Therapist
Full Time - Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 annually, plus benefits!
Opportunity to earn a $1,000 Stay-on Bonus after 6 months, and $3,000 after the first year!

Northeast Family Services seeks caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our expanding New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services to clients in accordance with NFS policies. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing and reputable organization, expanding across NY and nationally.

Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to leverage their strengths and promote their full potential through structured, evidence-based interventions in clients' homes, focusing on behavioral health needs of youth and families.

Note: The position requires in-person visits to clients' homes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting at $75,000 - $90,000 per year
• Potential to earn up to $3,000 bonus after the first year

Premiums are paid for:

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience and clinical specialties

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or Limited Permit in NY
• At least 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families in community or home settings (preferred)
• Strong time-management skills, ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Some afternoon/evening availability is preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required
