Full-time employees have the opportunity to earn a $1,000 Stay-on Bonus after 6 months, and $3,000 after their first year!

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team!

NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their strengths and reach their full potential. We offer structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes to address behavioral health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices that promote family strengths.

Position Details:

• In-person visits to clients' homes are required.

Compensation:

• Starting at $75,000-$90,000 plus per year.
• Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 Stay-on bonus after the first year.

Premiums Paid For:

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Clinical specialties

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in NY.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings (preferred).
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred.
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
