Position Details:

• Full Time - Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 annually, plus benefits.
• Opportunity to earn a $1,000 Stay-on Bonus after 6 months, and $3,000 after the first year.

About the Role:

Northeast Family Services seeks caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our expanding New York team. Under the supervision of the Program Director, clinicians will provide services in accordance with organizational policies, focusing on structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs.

Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to harness their strengths, helping them achieve their full potential. We utilize evidence-based practices to promote family strengths and improve behavioral health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home therapeutic services to children, youth, and families.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families preferred.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for some evening hours.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
