We are seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing and well-regarded organization, expanding throughout NY and nationally.

Position Details:

• Full Time - Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits
• Opportunity to earn a $1,000 Stay-on Bonus after 6 months, and $3,000 after one year

Work Environment:

• In-person visits to clients' homes
