Join us to apply for the Home and Community Based Therapist role at Northeast Family Services.

We are seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing and well-regarded organization that is expanding throughout NY and nationally.

Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths, promoting their full potential through structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes, utilizing evidence-based practices.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time role with annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, plus benefits.
• Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 in bonuses after the first year.
• Enjoy Summer Fun Fridays with early closures at 12:30 pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• In-person visits to clients' homes are required.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in NY.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings is preferred.
• Excellent time-management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and some afternoon/evening availability.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
