We are seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, plus benefits.

Highlights:

• Summer Fun Fridays: Early closure at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 bonus after the first year.
• In-person visits to clients' homes required.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Clinical licensure or limited permit in NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage own schedule.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
