• Valid driver’s license required for areas outside Manhattan.

What You Will Do

• Practice independently within the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and determine outcomes
• Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes or care facilities
• Continuously evaluate patient needs and adjust plans of care accordingly

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probation as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
• License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• Valid driver’s license required for areas outside Manhattan

Pay Range per Visit

For all areas other than Bronx: $70-$75 per visit.

For Bronx: $90-$95 per visit.

Annual Salary Range

USD $85,000 - $127,500 per year.
