Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 3+ years in field applications engineering or similar.
• Strong hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for a partner site in the Orlando area.
• Support setup, operation, testing, and evaluation of Avalon’s holographic display systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues, collaborating with Engineering to resolve more complex challenges.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training to customers and users.
• Work closely with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and how they use Avalon’s technology in real-world environments.
