Job summary

California State University, Chico seeks a Clinical Case Manager to support WellCat Services and Project Rebound. You will provide crisis intervention, counseling, and case management to students, coordinating care with campus and community resources.

Responsibilities include orientation involvement, outreach, and collaboration with clinical teams, addressing diverse student needs and promoting equity and access to care and housing support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
• Equivalents and substitutions may apply for professional experience as described.
• Experience advising diverse student populations in a university setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated primary care behavioral health services and brief assessments.
• Deliver individual, couples, and group counseling with crisis intervention.
• Engage in outreach, case management, and prevention education.
• Bridge students to campus and community resources and services.
• Contribute to new student orientation and collaboration with WellCat Services.
