Beem Credit Union at West Broadway Branch seeks a Financial Solutions Associate to provide holistic financial guidance and non-licensed investment education to members. You will help with savings, debt planning, and referrals to licensed specialists when needed.

You will assist with lending and credit needs, support member engagement, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless member journey.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in advisory or retail financial services.
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Business preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment principles and registered products.
• Excellent relationship management and member engagement skills, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial & investment guidance (non-licensed) including savings products and basic investment concepts.
• Support lending and credit needs, guiding major milestones like homeownership, refinancing, or debt restructuring.
• Enhance member experience and engagement through proactive follow-ups, CRM documentation, and collaboration with teams for seamless advisory handoffs.
