Job summary

RSM is seeking a dependable Seasonal Store Manager to lead a temporary Toy Shop in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee daily store operations, support the seasonal team, and help ensure a welcoming, customer-ready experience during the program.

This role runs November 4, 2026 to December 27, 2026, approximately 40 hours per week. You will manage opening/closing, POS procedures, inventory checks, and staff coverage in a fast-paced holiday environment.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or high-volume customer service with supervisory exposure.
Experience with POS systems, inventory replenishment, opening/closing, and daily reporting preferred.
Confident communicator who works well with staff, client reps, and customers.
Good judgment, reliability and organization for a fast-paced holiday environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure staff opening/closing and store readiness for customers.
Assign zones and breaks; support peak periods and flex into priority roles.
Coordinate back-stock replenishment with authorized access only.
Monitor inventory presentation, pricing and stock levels; report discrepancies.
Oversee POS, handoffs, transactions/returns, and end-of-day reconciliation.
Uphold service standards, safety, attendance, and performance with staffing agency.
Complete opening/closing checklists, reports, and supply requests; escalate issues.
