Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates who are friendly, energetic, and ready to help create a memorable shopping experience. You will help keep shelves stocked, displays complete, and the stockroom organized, supporting store leadership to meet sales and service goals.

In this holiday‑season role you’ll handle stock checks, assist with curbside pickup, ship from store, and promote promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and the days surrounding Christmas
• Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom.
• Assist leadership with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked and available for customers.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and BOPIS.
• Support store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by leadership.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers with product knowledge and expertise.
• Promote teamwork and support store leadership in maintaining profitability and operational excellence.
