Crate and Barrel is hiring for a Seasonal Operations Associate in our Richmond, VA store. You will help keep shelves stocked and displays complete, prep stockroom items, and fulfill customer orders with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities include supporting leadership, promoting promotions, and staying aware of safety and loss prevention guidelines while delivering excellent customer service during the busy holiday season.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist.
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and surrounding Christmas.
• Part-Time roles: availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night.

Aufgaben

• Perform stock checks and keep the stockroom organized.
• Ensure products and displays on the sales floor are stocked and accessible for customers.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages incl. curbside pickup, ship from store, buy online pickup in store.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals as directed by leadership.
• Promote store services and promotions to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure store profitability and operational excellence.
• Stay aware of promotions and brand initiatives to share with customers.
• Maintain loss prevention, security and safety per guidelines.
