Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and surrounding days of Christmas
• Part-Time roles: availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, maintain organized stockroom
• Ensure product displays are stocked and available for customers
• Process incoming/outgoing packages, curbside, ship-from-store, BOPIS
• Support store sales and service goals as directed by leadership
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
• Lead by example and support profitability and operations
• Promote current promotions and store initiatives
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention, security and safety policies
• Foster teamwork and safe, respectful collaboration with associates
