Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store this peak season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for the busiest shopping period of the year.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver outstanding customer service while collaborating with a team to meet store goals. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Patient-focused customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
