Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to join our store team this busy season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized to support peak shopping periods.

Successful candidates are customer-focused, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
