Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver a welcoming in-store experience. You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, process payments and support leadership to meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend shifts and holiday availability are required for this part-time role.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist.
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and the days surrounding Christmas.
• Part-time roles: availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through engaging customers, suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Greet and assist customers, respond to questions, process payments, involve leadership as needed.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs and initiatives to customers.
• Provide excellent service and uphold company standards in selling, service, merchandising and teamwork.
• Lead by example and support store leadership in profitability and operations.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and accessible for customers.
• Maintain store safety standards and training.
• Meet sales goals as assigned by leaders.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to engage customers and staff.
• Assist with CBH Credit Card and email capture metrics as directed.
