Crate and Barrel is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver an engaging store experience. You will help customers choose gifts, share product knowledge, and support promotions while working closely with store leaders to maintain standards and respond to shopper needs.

Ideal candidates have customer service or retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability around Thanksgiving and Christmas is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work weekends after Thanksgiving and surrounding Christmas.
• Part-time weekend availability required.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Greet customers, process payments, and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and initiatives.
• Maintain service quality, merchandising, and teamwork.
• Support leadership in store profitability and operations.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and accessible.
• Participate in store safety and training.
• Meet sales goals as directed by leaders.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Support CBH Card and email capture metrics as assigned.
