Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store operations and merchandising during peak holiday season.
• Maintain a clean, organized store including restrooms per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate when needed.
