Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with their video gaming needs, recommending additional items, and processing transactions.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
