Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate in Houston to support customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish inventory, and keep the store organized for the holiday rush.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering outstanding service, and collaborating with a team to meet sales goals. Prior retail experience is a plus, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour and weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
