Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate in Houston to help create a welcoming shopping experience during the busy season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the POS, and replenish merchandise as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to stand, lift up to 75 pounds, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Join a collaborative team and contribute to a memorable holiday shopping event.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Capable of multitasking and staying organized during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
