Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs and purchases.
• Support store operations and merchandising efforts.
• Stock and restock merchandise; keep aisles organized and clean.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions professionally and escalate to a keyholder when needed.
