Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs; upsell and thank guests at every transaction.
• Support store appearance, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean and organized; stock shelves and transfer merchandise from stock room to the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
